How do I start the process of hiring a nanny?

Nanny Screening and Qualifications
How do you screen your nannies?
Our nannies undergo thorough police background screening, Driving record check, reference checks, drug screenings and interviews to ensure quality and safety.
Are your nannies CPR and First Aid certified?
Yes, all our nannies are required to have up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications.
Pricing and Payments
What are your fees?
We do not charge to initiate a search. Our fees vary based on the type of service—whether part-time, temporary, or full-time—and the nanny’s experience. For full-time positions, our placement fee is a one-time charge based on a percentage of the nanny’s annual gross salary. Part-time and temporary fees are a flat rate. Fees are only due once you choose to hire your nanny.
How do I make payments?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or through our secure online payment portal.
Policies and Contracts
Do you have a contract?
Yes, we provide an Agency contract and Nanny (family provider) agreement outlining the terms of the nanny’s employment for both parties.

What should I do if I have a problem with my nanny?

Can I change my nanny if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, if you’re not satisfied, we will work with you to find a replacement that better suits your needs. There is a replacement guarantee stated on the contract.
